LM Information Delivery expands operations to Africa

LM Information Delivery, one of the leading global providers of subscription and information management services, has opened a new office in Johannesburg, South Africa that will serve customers across the entire African continent.

Following significant international growth in recent years, LM Information Delivery has announced its expansion into the African market with the opening of its 11th regional office, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The new office will serve as a regional hub, offering services to publishers, libraries and other institutions across the continent.

As CEO Janne Järvinen explains, opening a regional office in Africa is a natural progression for the LM Information Delivery Group:

“We have experienced tremendous success and growth across our European and US markets in recent years, so expanding our reach to Africa and establishing a base from which to serve the region in Johannesburg was a logical next step for LM Information Delivery. The African team will be led by John Murray, who has 8 years’ experience in the information services industry in the region. He is supported by a local team of three professional sales and customer service staff, who between them have over 35 years’ experience in the subscription management and publishing fields.
